Most organisation design questions are not hard. Within days the shape of a sensible answer is usually visible to someone who has done this a hundred times. What turns that into a six-month programme is the number of people who have to be walked through it. So we skip that. A narrow question gets a short, sharp answer. A divisional redesign gets more. Same promise either way.
