What we do with what you tell us

When you write to us, we keep your message, your name and your email address for as long as the conversation is live and for two years afterwards, so that we can pick it up again if you come back. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share your details with anyone.

During an engagement we receive organisation data: structures, roles, spans, decision flows, sometimes payroll bands. For an OD Opportunity that data comes as one export from your HR system, and our template asks for employee and manager identifiers rather than names, so the file you send us need not identify anyone. Where you are the controller and we process on your behalf, we sign your data processing agreement, or ours if you would rather use it. We keep it on encrypted systems, use it only for your question, and delete it six months after delivery unless you ask us to keep it longer. An OD Opportunity export is deleted thirty days after the report goes out. Part of our analysis is machine assisted; that processing happens under contracts that forbid using your material to train models, and we do not put personal data into those tools where the question can be answered without it.

Apart from Google Analytics, and only after you accept it, this site loads nothing from other companies. The typefaces are served from our own server, so no other company sees that you visited by default. We do use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, and that sets cookies, so we ask first. Until you press Accept nothing is measured and no analytics cookie is placed, and pressing Decline is as easy and costs you nothing on this site. Your choice is remembered in one small cookie of our own, for a year. You can change it whenever you like through the Cookies link at the foot of any page.

You can ask at any time what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to info@spineresolves.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
