A reorganisation proposal is on the table and you have to judge whether the reasoning holds.
Dutch law (WOR art. 22) and German law (BetrVG) let you engage independent expertise at the company’s expense. That only helps if the expert you bring in knows how such a design is put together. You get the same judgement we would give the other side, and we never advise both parties in the same case. Whoever asks first has it, and we say so to the other side straight away. With an independent read you can respond to the proposal on its reasoning, and ask for the changes that matter most.
