The deal has closed and the operating model in the plan has not been designed yet.
The first hundred days are running and the organisation question gets settled by whoever argues hardest, or deferred until it shows up in the numbers. You need a structure and a reasoning your board will accept, within the first hundred days, and without unsettling the management team you just bought. We do not staff an integration programme and we do not sit in your governance. Once it is settled, you can hold the management team to the operating model in the plan, because everyone knows who decides what.
